Versilia in TascaPrivacy & cookie policy
This policy explains how Versilia in Tasca processes the personal data of visitors, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the cookie guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante, 10 June 2021).

2. Browsing data and hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which processes technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request and browser (server logs) to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the US rely on the safeguards of Arts. 44 ff. GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable and/or Standard Contractual Clauses). Netlify's policy: netlify.com/privacy.
3. Newsletter
If you subscribe we collect your name and email via a form handled by Netlify Forms. Purpose: sending you at most one email a month with new guides. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without consequences. Retention: until you unsubscribe; after that, data is deleted within 30 days. Data is not shared with third parties or used for other purposes. To unsubscribe, write to Roccotripiciano7@gmail.com or use the link in every email.
4. Fonts, videos and external content
Fonts are hosted on our own server: no requests are made to Google Fonts. Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only after you click the play button; before that, no data is sent to YouTube. After the click, Google's privacy policy applies. Images come from Wikimedia Commons and are served from our site.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
- Technical (always on): we only store your cookie choice and light/dark theme in your browser's localStorage. No consent is required.
- Advertising (consent only): in future the site may show Google AdSense ads, including personalised ads, using cookies from Google and its partners. They are not set without your consent. How Google uses data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Statistics (consent only): not currently active.
You can change your mind at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page. The site is set up for Google Consent Mode v2: without consent, all advertising and analytics signals stay denied.
6. Affiliate links
Versilia in Tasca is a participant in the Amazon EU Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.it. As an Amazon Associate, Versilia in Tasca earns from qualifying purchases. The site may also contain Booking.com affiliate links: if you book through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. When you click an affiliate link you leave our site and Amazon's or Booking.com's policies apply.
7. Your rights
Under Arts. 15-22 GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to Roccotripiciano7@gmail.com: we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated, for example when AdSense or other services are activated. The date at the top shows the latest version.
